good products but no timelines were met, no communication and work incomplete

We want to have the full kitchen renovated and break part of the wall and have a window installed. Bart told us everything can be done. Bart provided a very good kitchen plan and delivered good quality kitchen product. But everything was delayed. He took the payments on time however never contacted us to set a date of fixing kitchen. He didn't respond to calls and mails. Finally, when the kitchen was put in place, he told ne stove and fumehood is missing. This took another 2 weeks to be fixed. Again, he was not communicating by himself and I had to call him 10 times a day before he picked up the call and arranged for installation. He had his guy make hole in the wall for the window but he has given us no information on when the window will arrive and when will he finish the remaining work of backsplash and plastering. He is not picking up calls. He can be a good designer but he is very unreliable. Very horrible experience.
